It only works for jobs that fit you.

CV Pilot only writes a CV for jobs that fit your experience. If a job is not a fit, it tells you what the job asks for that your CV does not show and suggests roles that suit you better.

Nothing is used when that happens, so no CV is spent on a job you were never going to get.

How CV Pilot works

1

Give it your CV and the job

Upload a PDF or a Word file, or pick a CV you have already uploaded to MyJobMag. Then paste the job description or give the link to it.

2

It checks if your CV matches the job and rewrites it for you.

CV Pilot analyses if you are a fit for the role by comparing your experience with what the employer is looking for, then it rewrites a fitting CV and cover letter for you.

3

Change what you want changed

Every part of the CV opens for editing. Type over it yourself, or tell the AI what to change for one role or for the whole CV. Each CV includes 10 AI adjustments.

4

Pick a template and download

Classic, Basic or Milano. Download the PDF, then download the same CV again in another template at no extra cost. The cover letter downloads as a PDF too.

Built for people who are actually applying for jobs

CV Pilot is especially useful if:

1

You're applying for lots of jobs.

You don't want to spend an hour tailoring every CV.

2

You're qualified, but your CV feels too generic.

You know you can do the job. You just need your relevant experience to stand out.

3

You're applying for different types of roles.

Your experience may need to be presented differently depending on the role.

4

You're not sure whether a job is worth applying for.

Check your match for free before spending time on the application.

What's the difference?

You can tailor every CV yourself. You can also ask a generic AI tool to rewrite one. But how much work is actually left for you?

AI tweaks your CV and you review.

Most tools hand you a finished file and hope you send it. CV Pilot opens the result in an editor and shows you exactly what it did to your CV.

Edit any section by hand

Summary, every role, education, skills, certifications, languages and referees. Type straight into it. No credit is used and there is no limit on how much you edit.

Or tell the AI what to change

Ask for one role to be shorter, or for the whole CV to lean on different work. 10 AI adjustments are included with every CV.

See what it changed

Every CV comes with a plain list of what CV Pilot did, so you are never guessing which parts are yours and which parts are new.

Download as many times as you like

Edit, download, edit again, download again. Downloads do not cost extra, and neither does trying the same CV in another template.

It rewrites wording. It does not invent facts.

CV Pilot will never change your employers, job titles, dates, schools or qualifications. That is not a promise printed on a sales page, it is a rule written into the product: the wording of your experience can be sharpened, the facts behind it cannot be touched.

Every CV you make stays in your account.

Your latest 20 CVs are kept, plus up to 5 you pin so they are never replaced. Open an old one, reuse it as the starting point for the next job, and download it again whenever you need it.

Your MyJobMag profile is left exactly as it was. CV Pilot never writes to it.

Questions

What do I get for each CV?
A CV rewritten for one job, with your matching experience first, and the cover letter to go with it. You can edit every part by hand, make 10 AI adjustments, use any of the three templates and download the PDF as often as you like. If you were given free CVs before, you keep the ones you have not used.
Can I pay before I sign up?
Yes. Choose a plan and pay with your name, email and phone number. Then sign up, or log in if you already have an account, and the CVs are added to it. Your 30 or 90 days start then.
What if I'm not suitable for the job?
CV Pilot only writes a CV for jobs that fit your experience. If a job is not a fit, it tells you what the job asks for that your CV does not show and suggests roles to look at instead. It won't write a CV, and nothing is used.
How do I get a month free?
Share your own link from your CV Pilot page. When 10 friends have signed up with it, verified their email and completed their MyJobMag profile to 80%, you get a Starter month free: 40 CVs for 30 days. You can earn the free month once. Only people new to MyJobMag count.
What counts as a completed profile?
A MyJobMag profile that is 80% or more complete. Work experience with a description adds 20%, education 20%, skills 15% and a short summary about you 10%. Your name, surname, phone number, email, date of birth, address and state add the rest.
What does the person who invited me see?
Your first name, the first letter of your surname and how complete your profile is. They never see your email address or phone number.
Can I use it for jobs I found on other sites?
Yes. Paste the job description into the box and it works for any job anywhere. You can also give a link instead: links work for MyJobMag jobs, and for jobs on other sites that publish a standard job listing.
What kind of CV file can I give it?
A PDF or a Word .docx file. You can also choose a CV you have already uploaded to MyJobMag, or a CV you made earlier with CV Pilot.
Can I edit what the AI wrote?
Yes, and you should. The result opens in an editor where every section can be typed over by hand, as often as you like. You can also tell the AI what to change, for one role or for the whole CV, and 10 of those adjustments are included with every CV.
Does it change my MyJobMag profile?
No. CV Pilot only makes new CVs. Your MyJobMag profile and the CV you have uploaded there stay exactly as they are.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a MyJobMag jobseeker account. It is free to open and you will need it to apply for jobs here anyway.
Which countries is it available in?
MyJobMag runs in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa and the United Kingdom. The price shown on this page is the price for the MyJobMag site you are on, and you pay in its currency.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The editor was built for a phone first, so you can tailor a CV, adjust it and download the PDF without opening a laptop.
How long does my credit last?
The Starter pack is valid for 30 days and the Professional pack for 90 days. Renew before it ends, or within 24 hours after, and any unused CVs carry over into the new pack. Otherwise they are removed.
