As an Account Manager within the Post‑Sales team, you will take full ownership of the delivery and performance of client campaigns across Warner Bros. Discovery’s portfolio. Working closely with the Partnerships Director and cross‑functional teams, you will ensure seamless execution, high client satisfaction, and strong commercial outcomes across all platforms. The role reports to Partnerships Director (Account Management).
Your Role Accountabilities
Own end‑to‑end delivery, management, and performance tracking of closed deals across linear, digital, web, and social platforms.
Act as the primary post‑sales point of contact, coordinating legal, compliance, finance, scheduling, digital, and social teams to ensure seamless execution under tight deadlines.
Manage all aspects of deal delivery including contracting, creative approvals, compliance, billing, reporting, and post‑campaign analysis.
Ensure campaigns meet client objectives while aligning with broader commercial and business goals, identifying optimisation opportunities where applicable.
Maintain accurate deal set‑up, reporting, and status tracking through internal systems and partnerships documentation.
Provide day‑to‑day guidance and oversight to Executives and Senior Executives, supporting development, delegation, and delivery quality across the post‑sales team.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years’ experience in media or broadcast, gained within media agencies, media owners, commercial operations, or client‑side roles.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of client objectives and how to deliver against them.
Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and confident working with data, reporting, and financial processes.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
