Administration Clerk at DHL

We're now looking for a Transport Admin Clerk to aid and support the Transport Management Team in the day to day running of the Transport Department, ensuring targets and service deadlines are met whilst adhering to legislation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Aiding Transport Shift Managers in directing and controlling resources in the area to meet defined targets.
• To ensure all required vehicles are available throughout the day.
• To ensure adherence to both existing and new operational processes and procedures.
• Maintain service schedules ensuring that all O license commitments are met.
• Action any reported defects immediately.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have experience in a similar role.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of monitoring performance and targets.
• Have good organisational skills.
