Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing staff performance and shift planning.
• Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
• Monitor stock levels, ensure merchandising standards, and coordinate deliveries.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Support in analysing sales reports and implementing improvement plans.
• Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards at all times.About You
• Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.

• Flexible and able to work weekends and peak trading periods.
