Capacity Planner & Scheduler at Rolls-Royce

Position Summary

• An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Capacity Planner & Scheduler to join the Engine Overhaul Services (EOS) facility in Derby.
• The EOS facility is 27,000m2, with ~550 employees, and operational for 20 hours a day, 365 days a year. As the only wholly owned Large Engine MRO facility, with capability to maintain all modern Trent engines, EOS is fundamental to the future success of Civil Aerospace.
• In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the Planning and Scheduling data within SAP (SD, PS, PM).

What you will be doing:

• As a member of the Planning and Scheduling team you will:
• Create and maintain Planning and Scheduling data within SAP (SD, PS, PM)
• Collect and report on key business metrics (Hours, Productivity, ESV’s, CSV’s)
• Drive accurate ESV data and work booking disciplines
• Alignment of the ERP Systems (SAP and MfA)
• Creating the SORB response for EOS

• Knowledge of Planning & Scheduling, SAP and/or MRP
• Familiar With MS Office Suite in Particular Excel (VBA)
• The ability to communicate with all parts of the business including internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge Of Power BI Would Be Advantageous
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
