As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Cold Chain Logistics Operative with hands-on experience in managing temperature-sensitive goods across the supply chain. Skilled in handling, storing, and transporting perishable items in compliance with strict regulatory and safety standards.

How you create impact

• Handling time critical consignments.
• Preparing Temperature controlled alternatives to clients.
• Accurate and timely data recording.
• Action all Goods In & Goods Out movements of stock.
• Dealing with driver deliveries, collections, and pick-ups.
• Preparation of console consignments ready for shipping.
• Data entry of key milestone information.
• Dealing with all emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
• Undertake reasonable duties / responsibilities or tasks.
• Adherence to PCM / Liquid Nitrogen & Dry Ice solutions 

What we would like you to bring

• Warehouse working experience.
• Good understanding of warehouse flows and processes.
• Forklift license. (preferable not essential )
• Confidence to work independently and remotely.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Able to identify and solve problems in a proactive manner.
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and prioritize current and forward workload.
• Confidence working within a pressurized environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
