    Common Data Environment Coordinator (BIM)

    We are seeking a Common Data Environment (BIM) Coordinator to administer, control and support the effective use of our Bentley ProjectWise platform. You will play a key role in ensuring project information is structured, accurate and compliant with ISO 19650, supporting all engineering functions across the SMR design programme.

    We’ll need you to:

    • Manage and administer the Bentley ProjectWise CDE platform.
    • Act as the procedural gatekeeper for ISO 19650 compliance, version control and naming standards.
    • Train, support and guide users, ensuring consistent and correct use of the CDE.
    • Control permissions, information flow and reporting to maintain quality, traceability and data integrity.
    • This role sits at the heart of our digital design environment, where you’ll bring first‑class organisation, technical confidence and a collaborative mindset to ensure seamless project information management.

    Essential Skills / Qualifications 

    • Experience working within a Common Data Environment (CDE), ideally ProjectWise or similar.
    • Understanding of ISO 19650 principles, document control or BIM information workflows.
    • Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
    • We’ll ask about your experience supporting multidisciplinary teams, managing data quality and applying naming/version control standards.

    Location 

    • Hybrid working with regular attendance at our Derby, Manchester or Warrington offices depending on team and project needs.

    What’s in it for you? 

    • Salary £28,800–£38,000
    • plus 7% bonus
