    Essential Skills / Qualifications

    • Strong background in systems engineering and systems thinking.

    • Experience developing or managing safety‑critical systems, ideally in nuclear or similarly regulated environments.

    • Understanding of both conventional and nuclear safety requirements.

    • Strong communication and integration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

    • We’ll ask about your experience demonstrating requirements traceability and delivering complex system designs.

    Location

    • Hybrid working, with regular attendance at our Derby, Manchester or Warrington offices depending on business and project needs.

    What’s in it for you?

    • Salary £57,600–£75,600 DOE
    • 12.5% bonus
    • £2,200 benefits allowance
    • 12% employer pension, 28 days leave, BUPA cover, life assurance and a £250 home‑office allowance — within a fast‑growing engineering organisation.
