The Role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll play a key part in managing a busy and varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion. You'll report directly to the firm’s senior leadership and benefit from working in a highly experienced team.

Key Duties Include:

• Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Managing your own caseload independently
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties Drafting and preparing legal documents
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

The Ideal Candidate

• You’ll be a confident and competent Conveyancing Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years' experience managing files autonomously.
• Solid background in residential conveyancing
• Ability to run a full caseload independently
• Strong attention to detail and client care skills
