    Customer Care Assistant - Leeds

    As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for UK consumers and customers reaching out about Arla’s product range. You’ll play a key role in delivering timely, accurate, and professional support while working closely with our Marketing, Brand, and QEHS teams. By maintaining up-to-date records, tracking queries and complaints digitally, and ensuring  communications are clear and on-brand, you’ll help us consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience.

    • Process customer questions, requests, and complaints accurately and on time
    • Draft customer care correspondence and reports, compiling key statistics
    • Manage enquiries regarding product availability, complaints & price, ensuring effective resolution
    • Liaise with production and other key stakeholders to resolve issues
    • Maintain accurate customer records using digital systems and trigger relevant communications
    • This role reports into the Customer Care Team Leader and works closely with Brand, Marketing, and QEHS.

    What will make you successful?

    • You’ll bring a vocational/technical education or equivalent, with 0-2 years’ experience (entry-level friendly). You’re comfortable working with databases/CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk), learn new systems quickly, and communicate clearly in both writing and speech. Accuracy in administrating and reporting comes naturally to you.
    • You’ll be a customer-focused communicator-empathetic, clear, and timely- who’s detail oriented and organized. You enjoys solving problems proactively and collaborating with others to resolve issues and improve processes.
