We are looking for inspiring, credible, and authentic team players. This is an opportunity to join this front facing Library team responsible for enquiry handling and customer support in both the Main Library and University Archive (Modern Records Centre).
The successful candidates will provide support for a range of face to face and virtual enquiry services.
It’s an opportunity to support the operational delivery and development of excellent frontline customer services, including all the Library’s diverse customer communities.
Shift Patterns
Position 109245: Thursday, 13:15 to 20:00; Friday, 13:30 to 20:00; Saturday, 13:30 to 20:00.
Position 109248: Wednesday, 13:15 to 20:00; Thursday, 13:30 to 20:00; Friday, 08:00 to 14:30.
These working patterns also apply to those weeks including bank holidays and statutory/customary days, where you will be rostered to work as required.

You will have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of people.
