    Customer Services Operator

Due to continued success, we’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator based at our Birmingham Depot to help us to develop our ambitious plans.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Managing our customers daily volumes.
    • Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems.
    • Dealing externally with our customer, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times. 

    What we’re looking for:

    • Previous experience in a Transport role – Essential
    • Confident and clear communicator – written and verbal
    • Excellent UK geographical knowledge
    • Can work on own initiative
    • Quick and efficient problem-solving skills
    • Organised at all times
    • Flexibility to meet the demands of the business

    An understanding of the transport industry is essential. Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers. A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for the role.
