    Divisional Administrative Assistant

    Hours Per Week: 21 hours per week (0.6 fte)
    Contract Duration: 12 months
    Overall, Purpose of the Job

    • The primary aim of this role is to provide comprehensive and proactive operational administrative support for the Division of Psychology, Communication & Human Neuroscience, including assisting both staff and post-graduate students. The post holder will be a key administrative point of contact working within the Division and will ensure questions, issues and concerns are dealt with effectively and efficiently. The post holder will be responsible for significant support in terms of the processing of finance and servicing meetings, as well co-ordinator of estates matters within the Division.
    • The post holder will be assigned to the Division but will be employed by the School and as such may be required to support other areas, from time to time, across the School. There will be a considerable need to respond to change in the foreseeable future and the post holder will actively work to support senior managers in achieving this objective.
