Key Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain accurate product listings on the company’s website and third-party platforms.
• Process online orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Liaise with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email and live chat.
• Monitor website content for errors, availability, and pricing accuracy.
• Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns.About You
