    Employee Relations Partner

    This position is heavily ER-focused (70% case work) and would suit someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where ER strategy, coaching, and hands-on case management are key.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • End-to-end ER case management across the UK and Europe
    • Managing complex cases including disciplinary, grievance, long-term sickness, redundancies, and TUPE
    • Supporting and coaching stakeholders across the business
    • Leading sensitive settlement discussions and risk assessments
    • Providing data-driven insight to identify ER trends and areas of improvement

    What We're Looking For:

    • Strong experience in a specialist ER role (not a generalist with some ER)
    • Proven track record in redundancy and TUPE processes
    • Exceptional stakeholder management and coaching skills
    • Comfortable navigating risk and making sound, pragmatic ER decisions
    • Ideally available by 31st July (or shortly after)
