In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of small-to-medium sized projects running in parallel across the team. Within the CE Field Service team we are proactively leading a number of innovative B2C and B2B initiatives with the aim of improving customer experience, increasing direct repair volume and driving sales revenue opportunities.
You will take active responsibility for the scope, schedule and coordination of these projects; ensuring that they are delivered on time, meeting objectives and quality standards.

Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, KPI measurements, deliverables and timelines in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Execution & Monitoring: Create and maintain project schedules and ensure tasks are assigned, tracked and completed on time.
- Reporting & Analysis: Continuously track the performance of any in-flight initiatives against the pre-defined goals and KPIs, flagging any issues and reporting on successes.
- Documentation: Prepare presentations introducing new projects and showcasing their progress and evolution. Document new operating models, processes, or ROI simulations where required.
- Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged at the right times and via the right channels. Lead regular status meetings with internal teams and European Subsidiary stakeholders, keeping project stakeholder updated and focused.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Escalate critical blockers to senior leadership when necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Review deliverables against the initial brief to ensure the "definition of done" is met before final sign-off.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-mortems or retrospectives to review project return on investment (ROI) and KPI achievement. Also capture lessons learned and action points for future projects.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Experience: 3–4 years in a corporate environment, with at least 2 years in a project-related role. Experience within the consumer electronics industry would be ideal but not required.
- Project leadership: Ability to influence, negotiate and proactively collaborate with international and cross-functional teams where required.
- Methodology: Basic understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Lean frameworks.
- Tools: Mastery of project software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
- Communication: Clear communication style, and should be comfortable presenting to department heads and a variety of stakeholders across the business.
- Organisation: Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills.
- Passionate about customer experience, technology and innovation.
- Flexible & agile to multi-tasking, and adapting to workload changes.
- Confidence using the full Microsoft suite - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English, oral and written – other language skills is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PRINCE2 Foundation is highly desirable.
