• Delivering warm, efficient service to all our guests—whether you’re serving at the counter, working the till, or preparing a coffee.

• Supporting your colleagues and pitching in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly and positively.

Keeping it Fresh:

• Preparing food and drinks to spec, maintaining high presentation standards, and following safety and hygiene procedures.

Making a Difference:

• Helping us meet sales goals by recommending products, promoting offers, and giving every guest a great experience that keeps them coming back.

Staying Safe and Clean:

• Keeping our spaces spotless and safe by following cleaning routines and food safety practices.

Flexible Working

• We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis (e.g. job share), despite the position being advertised as full-time.
