• To ensure that all items ordered are of high quality and meet the hotel's luxury standards.

• Ensure that stock is stored correctly and monitor its quality
• To inspect deliveries to ensure that all items are as ordered (correct quantity, quality, and condition).
• To keep detailed records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and payment schedules.
• To ensure all purchasing activities comply with hotel policies and legal regulations.
