HR Advisor at DHL

Location: Remote role with Travel Required
Grade: RCS M

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers, offering guidance on policies and escalating complex issues to HRBP.
• Support employee engagement and ER processes, including sickness, disciplinary, grievance, and union-related activities under HRBP guidance.
• Coordinate core HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contract changes, exits) and assist with recruitment administration.
• Maintain accurate HR data and records in systems and prepare standard HR reports (absence, turnover, headcount) to support decision-making.
• Assist with implementation of engagement initiatives and training programs to promote retention and development at site level.

• Previous HR experience (Essential)
• Case management experience (Essential)
• Strong Stakeholder management and communication and engagement skills (Essential)
• Strong organisational skills (Essential)
• Experience within a logistics business (Desirable)
• A CIPD level 3 qualification or equivalent (Desirable)
• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholder groups
• Looking to develop in a fast-paced site-based environment
