HR Business Partner Intern at BAT

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to the Talent Cycle process and People Management planning
• Contribute to creating avenues of employee engagements (global communication tools, new collaboration ideas) 
• Able to work with large sets of data and streamline to meaningful information 
• Ensure quality support in the joiners/movers/ exits process 
• Act as an advisor to employees on HR processes 
• Ensure Data accuracy in all HR systems (e.g., BPC, SuccessFactors, OrgVue) 
• Contribute to the HR projects as and when required. 
• Actively contribute to enhancing existing processes, measures and management activities to maximise efficiencies and quality of customer service. 

What are we looking for?

• Good command of written and spoken English 
• Experience in MS Office Applications (predominantly Excel, SharePoint, Power Point, Power BI) 
• Highly motivated, confident and ambitious 
• Strong communication skills 
• Strong team working capabilities 
• Keen to demonstrate creative and analytical thinking
• Passion for learning & self-driven
