Review, analyze, and evaluate Sales business processes and user needs.
Document requirements, define scope and objectives and success metrics.
Work with Software Engineering on resolving production issues and delivering product enhancements.
Support the ongoing maintenance, administration, and advancement of the Sales CRM application.
Assist the Product Manager in prioritization and execution against the product roadmap to align with enterprise goals.
Requirements: Refine user stories with the business, write requirements and work with technical teams to build and bring features to life for our Salesforce users.
Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation at varying levels of detail, including workflows and process maps to facilitate process automation and workflow enhancements.
Project Management: Schedule and facilitate meetings with process SME stakeholders, collect notes, and follow up with teams to clarify or prepare for leadership review if there are gaps or misalignments.
Develop training materials: Maintain comprehensive process guides and training resources to support the needs of different teams. Ensure that documentation is current, accessible, and aids in effective process execution.
Analyze and optimize: Conduct in-depth reviews of existing processes within the global Sales team to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Collaborate and communicate: Build strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams. Keep leadership and stakeholders informed of progress, issues, and risks through clear and consistent communication. Strong ability to lead follow-up efforts for clarity and resolving decision points.
Support process improvement: Drive continuous improvement across end-to-end processes by working cross-functionally and advocating for best practices and standardized processes across departments.
What are we looking for?
Experience in Product, Technology, or related field
Proficient in translating business and technical requirements into clear, structured user stories
Proven track record in optimizing and analyzing business processes, especially within Sales departments
Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Strong documentation skills with expertise in clarity and conciseness
Experience with process and workflow documentation tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, etc.
Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field
Experience in a Sales Operations related role
Experience in an Agile or Scrum development environment writing user stories using tools like JIRA
Experience in the hospitality, travel, or transportation industry
