IT Supplier Management Specialist at Aviva

A bit about the job:

As an IT Supplier Management Specialist your role will be varied, supporting management of supplier performance, supplier risks and continuous improvement across a range of strategic IT suppliers and IT services.

You will analyse supplier data and ensure reporting is delivered on time and to quality.

You will build a strong relationship with colleagues and suppliers. You will also have the chance to work with multiple IT organisations & technologies, develop your supplier relationship management skills and progress your career at Aviva.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Good stakeholder and relationship management skills
• An understanding of IT service management practices  & experience in service performance management
• Someone who is organised, has good time management and attention to detail
• Growth mindset and looking to improve
• Adaptable and able to prioritise effectively
• Experience in producing MI, data analysis and reporting

• Salary Circa: £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
