How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and update project schedules in Primavera P6, supporting all phases from start to finish
- Analyze project data using Alteryx and Excel to spot trends, forecast outcomes, and share actionable insights
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to keep schedules aligned with project goals
- Track project progress, highlight any schedule risks, and suggest solutions to keep things on course
- Prepare clear reports and present schedule updates and recommendations to the team
What You Bring
- HND or Degree in Data Analysis, Business and Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Some experience with project management, scheduling, or data analysis—internships or project work welcome
- Familiarity with Primavera P6, Alteryx, and Tableau
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach
- Ability to manage your time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
