    Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Systems Engineering

This is a balanced academic position in which you will carry out activities to develop your scholarly research and professional standing both nationally and internationally, develop and contribute significantly to educational excellence, and make a significant contribution to collegiality, engagement and leadership in the School and Faculty.

    Who You Are (skills and experience): 

    • A PhD in Systems Engineering with a focus on test and evaluation, or closely related discipline, plus relevant work experience.
    • Demonstrated experience in teaching and learning design using a range of pedagogical approaches, educational technologies and learning design, development and delivery of courses and programs, at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
    • Demonstrated experience in engaging and inspiring students from diverse backgrounds.
    • Demonstrated track record in research and HDR student supervision with high-quality and high impact outcomes with clear evidence of the desire and ability to continually achieve research excellence as well as the capacity for research leadership.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team, collaborate across disciplines and build effective relationships with the profession and industry. Evidence of highly developed communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to network effectively and interact with a diverse range of students and staff.
