    Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

    What are we looking for?

    We’re looking for someone who’s highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll thrive on helping others succeed and enjoy being at the centre of a collaborative team.

    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt quickly.
    • Confident communicator – clear, professional, and approachable.
    • Experience supporting senior leaders or teams, ideally within an office, operations, or manufacturing environment.
    • Good knowledge of digital tools (e.g. MS Office, Teams, or similar).
    • Experience with procurement or finance systems (e.g. Ariba).
    • Event planning or coordination experience.

    What will be your key responsibilities?

    • Manage diaries, travel, and key communications for the Plant Director and leadership team.
    • Lead the annual Slough Supply Leadership Team calendar — ensuring meetings, events, and reviews are well planned and executed.
    • Coordinate factory visits and events, from Associate conferences to VIP tours, creating a seamless experience for every visitor.
    • Oversee administrative processes including purchase orders, expenses, and supplier liaison.
    • Support engagement initiatives such as the Factory SMART Team, Associate recognition, and workplace effectiveness projects.
