Milk Supply Planner at Müller

The role is within the Muller Milk and Ingredients (MMI) business and located at Skelmersdale with a hybrid working model - 3 days per week on site, and, for a fixed term ending December 2026.

Your challenge for the Milk Supply Planner: -

• Monitor and manage raw milk balances by milk type at daily and weekly levels.
• Provide detailed examination of historical data, investigate and understand anomalies and build into future plans.
• Provide detailed communication with accurate administration of hauliers and suppliers.
• Identify potential issues (such as surpluses and deficits of numerous products), identifying resolutions and reacting in a timely manner to address the issues.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers and customers to support the network in achieving optimal cost saving activities.
• Raise purchase and sales orders for external vendors and action invoice approvals.

Key skills & experience for the Milk Supply Planner: -

• Previous experience in a Planning role, ideally in an FMCG environment, or, transport planning
• Good Excel skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Good analytical skills
• Demonstratable relationship building skills.
