Night Manager at Hyatt

Summary

Salary: £31,796 + Service Charge 

Duties and tasks related to the Night Manager role include

• Performs Head of Department duties connected to all Night and Front Office operations, and making crucial decisions
• Ensures guests' needs are met beyond expectation, and takes full responsibility for Health, Safety, Security, Licensing & Fire procedures
• Be responsible for all Front Office functions during the overnight shift including the preparation and disposition of all night audit work
• Oversee preparation of daily summary reports.
• Plays a hands-on role leading the Night team by example and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the Front of House team members

About you

You are a dependable professional with strong leadership skills and experience in managing front desk operations. You ensure smooth guest service, handle guest concerns efficiently, and maintain security and safety standards. Previous experience in front office if preferred.
