Shift: Night shift (10:30 PM 7:30 AM / 22:30 07:30)

About the Role:

• Were looking for a reliable and professional Night Porter to join a hotel team. Youll ensure smooth overnight operations, maintain guest safety and comfort, and have everything ready for the morning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent overnight guest service and handle enquiries.
• Carry out security and fire safety checks every 3 hours.
• Manage late check-ins and respond to guest requests professionally.
• Complete shift handovers accurately.
• Prepare breakfast setup and maintain cleanliness in key areas.
• Handle laundry duties and ensure all areas are secure at closing.

Requirements:

• Previous hotel or hospitality experience (required)
• Supervisory experience (required)
• Valid driving licence (required)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
