We are now looking for a Nights Transport Admin Clerk to support our overnight transport operations by ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining efficient communication across the team to help deliver exceptional service.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Accurately process transport documentation including manifests, delivery notes, and driver logs
• Liaise with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Monitor and update transport systems with real-time data
• Resolve queries and escalate issues where necessary
• Maintain compliance with company policies and transport regulations
• Support the night shift team with general administrative tasks

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous experience in a transport or logistics admin role (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work night shifts reliably and consistently
