What We Need to See:
Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of proven experience in logistics coordination, program management, or administrative support roles, preferably within a government affairs, public policy, or corporate environment.
Strong organisational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects at once and prioritise tasks efficiently.
Excellent English-language communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse collaborators.
Diligent mentality with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
Ways To Stand Out from the Crowd:
Experience working in government affairs or public policy roles.
Enthusiasm for technology, including AI.
Proficiency in additional European languages is desirable.
