Principal Product Designer at Juara IT Solutions

Role Overview

We are seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead design strategy and execution across complex products. The role requires end-to-end ownership of UX/UI, from user research and journey mapping to prototyping, AI-powered interface design, and lifecycle optimization. You will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure scalable, high-quality user experiences that drive engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design strategy across multiple product lines with measurable impact on adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Design and implement AI-driven user interfaces, including predictive and automated workflows.
• Own end-to-end product design lifecycle: user research, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and final delivery.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams to align design with technical feasibility and business goals.
• Conduct data-driven usability analysis and iterate designs based on user behavior, analytics, and KPIs.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of best practices, innovation, and high-quality design output.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design from a premier design institution
