Product Owner - Intermediary Acquire & Retain at AXA Health

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritised, and ready for delivery by the squad.
• Support defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to maintain delivery cadence and resolve blockers.
• Coordinate daily squad activities to ensure alignment with sprint goals and deliverables.
• Support the Product Manager and Senior Product Manager in tracking progress against plans and milestones.
• Collect and incorporate stakeholder and user feedback to inform backlog prioritisation and product improvements.
• Monitor product dashboards, usage metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Ensure the product delivers maximum customer and business value, meeting needs and expectations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in Product Ownership or Management within digital or tech-enabled insurance or financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs in agile environments, facilitating ceremonies, and coordinating teams.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and tools like ADO, JIRA, or Confluence.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and enable delivery.
• Proactive approach to identifying delivery risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Keen interest in developing product management skills, with a focus on strategy and roadmap planning.
• Adaptability to evolving product scope based on changing business needs and priorities.
