This role will support the WMG SME Group Project Manager for Knowledge Exchange (KE) Programmes such as Interns and KTPs.
The role is operational and enabling in nature, supporting the Project Manager by taking ownership of day-to-day programme administration, coordination, monitoring and reporting.
This ensures the KE programmes are delivered efficiently, compliantly and consistently, while providing a strong experience for interns, academics and external partners, and high-quaility data to support WMG Business Development, governance and strategic decision making.
This role plays a critical role in maintaining the operational foundations that allow the portfolio to scale.
About You
You will be a confident individual with a “can do” attitude and a flexible approach to tasks, and be able to prioritise your own workload to meet business needs.
You will be highly organised and a self-starter who can engage professionally with external partners (industrial, public sector and other Universities) as well as internal staff and students.
It is essential that you are a skilled communicator and have a natural ability to build and nurture relationships, and have proven experience of delivering/managing projects within a busy environment.
