    Recruitment Coordinator – Temp 3 Months

    Salary: Competitive and based on experience PAYE
    Location: Leeds, 2 days in office each week – 5 days for training period
    Contract Length: 3 Months with view to be extended

    What you'll do:

    • Provide timely, personalised, and high-quality support by evaluating and troubleshooting talent management system issues as well as compliance matters, ensuring swift resolution and clear communication with all stakeholders.
    • Collaborate closely with peers to share knowledge and contribute to the consistent application of recruitment processes across the organisation.
    • Deliver comprehensive support and training to end users, ensuring they fully understand recruitment systems and procedures for optimal efficiency.
    • Conduct thorough audits of recruitment files, communicating necessary changes and action items to maintain data accuracy and influence adherence to established processes.
    • Complete a range of administrative duties that underpin the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate contact through to onboarding documentation.
    • Support the talent acquisition team by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting phone screens as required to ensure effective workload management.
    • Amend records accurately using established guidelines to guarantee data integrity and legal compliance at every stage of the process.
    • Undertake general administration tasks including invoicing, ensuring all documentation is processed efficiently and correctly.

    • Excellent time management skills that enable you to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Proven problem-solving abilities that allow you to evaluate situations quickly and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • A warm, motivational approach that inspires confidence in others while contributing positively to team engagement.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience generating reports or interpreting data within an administrative context.
    • Experience resolving issues efficiently while maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information at all times.
    • Ability to follow established guidelines meticulously while also suggesting improvements where appropriate for greater efficiency or accuracy.
    • Previous experience supporting administrative procedures within a recruitment or HR environment is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential for success in this role.
    • Familiarity with talent management systems such as Workday would be advantageous but not essential if you are willing to learn.
