About the Role

• MyJobMag UK is hiring on behalf of a national tech retailer seeking a proactive Retail HR & Training Officer to support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development across its Newcastle operations.
• You’ll help attract top talent, deliver impactful training sessions, and ensure employee engagement remains high across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction for store staff.
• Develop and deliver training programmes on sales, service, and compliance.
• Support employee relations, performance reviews, and HR policies.
• Maintain HR records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with store management to foster a positive work culture.

About You

• Previous experience in HR, training, or people operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) is desirable.
• Passionate about employee development and workplace culture.
