About the Role

MyJobMag UK is recruiting on behalf of a well-established tech retailer specialising in consumer electronics, smart home gadgets, and personal devices. We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant who loves technology and enjoys helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.

You’ll be part of a dynamic in-store team, providing expert advice, demonstrating products, and supporting customers through every stage of their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable tech products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to increase sales.
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing store layout.
• Support stock management, deliveries, and pricing updates.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

• Confident in explaining product features clearly.

• Previous experience in electronics or retail is an advantage but not required.
