Room Attendant Open Day at IHG Hotels & Resorts

Kimpton Charlotte Square, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts family, is hosting a Recruitment Day to find enthusiastic and dedicated Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team for the 2026 summer-season!

This is a Fixed-Term Contract | April – October 2026 with potential extension until the end of the year!

You will earn £12.60 per hour.

Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel brings together traditional Edinburgh architecture with an exciting and fresh indoor feel, offering our guests a modern luxurious stay. • As a Room Attendant, your main duties and responsibilities will be providing guests with a pristine room, meeting health and safety standards and working at pace to ensure rooms are ready for our guests to start checking into. Greeting guests with a friendly manner and communicating regularly with our Front Office team.

To succeed as a Room Attendant, you will need:

• Experience working within Cleaning or Housekeeping would be beneficial 
• Ability to work independently, working to time deadlines and at a fast pace 
• Passionate about delivering excellent Guest experiences and going the extra mile to ensure that they are met with a room that WOWs them
• Drive to produce results, we work together within the Kimpton family to continue to provide our guests with extremely personal experiences and human connection. 
• A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
