Your opportunity

As the demand for our expertise continues to grow, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Architect to join our team in London. You will be joining our significantly experienced architectural team, supporting high profile projects across all a range of sectors within London. You will be expected to work independently, although under the direction, and with the support of the Team Manager.  

We are an AJ100 architecture practice and a significant part of a multi-disciplinary design practice. Our design portfolio is world class, and we are currently working on several exciting new projects including advanced manufacturing, Science, Healthcare, Education, Defence and Workplace projects which results in a diverse, growing, and exciting practice. We work across the UK and internationally, where we both design and deliver a range of projects in terms of scale and sector. 

What you need to do to be effective in this role 

• Design & technical leadership qualities  
• Strong design and technical detailing skills – Revit experience would be beneficial 
• Ability to express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing 
• Experience in preparing technical drawings packages and specifications 
• Providing a practical and methodical approach to solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlines 
• Managing planning applications, Building Regulations 
• Inspection of building work on site 
• Knowledge of UK best practice standards  
• Develop customer relationships to find additional opportunities to address their challenges 
• Assist in business development
