Education and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent knowledge and experience within the industry Relevant experience in a FMCG environment.
• Experience of working at a Supervisory level.
• Tissue or converting experience is advantageous.
• Experience in a Process Lead position or a similar role which shows leadership experience.
• Thorough understanding of Site Safety Standards.
• Good working knowledge of Quality Management.
• An understanding of LEAN World Class Manufacturing Principles.
• Excellent verbal and written skills essential.
