We are looking for Officers to join our Student and Programme Support (SPS) Team at our Frenchay and Glenside Campuses. These roles are offered on a fixed term basis until October 2026.
You will be joining a team that is passionate about delivering high quality, student focussed support. New members are welcomed and made to feel at home from the outset. When working on campus SPS are in our School offices alongside other professional services teams supporting the student journey through a professional administrative service to our students and academics.
As an Officer within the Team, you will supervise the work of Administrators within the team. You’ll have the support and guidance of the School Team Leader and your officer peers.

About you
We are looking for someone with a strong customer service ethos, enthusiasm and proactivity, and an ability to prioritise. You will be expected to provide advice and support to our customers both internally and externally.
Team working is an integral part of everything the SPS team does, and you will have the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders across the university.
Excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do at UWE Bristol and the postholder will be able to demonstrate their strong client focus and how their skills and experience to date can contribute to providing the best experience possible to our students.
You’ll be adaptable and able to approach your work in a calm and professional manner. You will be supported in learning this role and given opportunities to develop your skills and experience through a thorough induction programme as well as various in-house learning and development courses.
You will have a wide range of administrative experience. You will also need to have good IT skills including email and MS Office.
