    Talent Recruiter - Specialist Hiring, Front Office

    We are seeking a highly motivated and technologically savvy Specialist Front Office Recruiter to join our new Enterprise Talent Market team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for delivery of the full recruitment life cycle for mid-level and niche roles. You will be at the forefront of leveraging the latest recruitment technologies, automation tools, and data analytics to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This position is ideal for a proactive and organised 360 Talent Acquisition professional who thrives on meeting ambitious targets in a high performing environment, embracing both recruiter and sourcing activity.
     
    Accountabilities

    • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specialist (mid-level and niche) roles, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Technology-Driven Recruitment: Utilize and master a suite of modern recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-powered sourcing tools, automated screening platforms, and data analytics dashboards to optimize workflow and increase productivity.
    • Sourcing: Partner with the Talent Global Capability centres for ‘always on’ and ‘on demand’ sourcing, taking accountability to drive specific specialist sourcing activity within market.
    • Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates efficiently and effectively. Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire process.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, advising as a subject matter expert, providing regular updates, and manage expectations. Advise on market trends, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
    • Partner with our Talent Global Capability Centres: as a core part of the new service delivery model for sourcing, coordination and onboarding to enable a seamless process and an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
    • Employer Branding: Collaborate with Employer Brand and Experience to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to a improve tasks within the recruitment workflow to focus on value-added activities.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Track, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source-of-hire. Use data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
    • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and recruitment trends.

    Skills and Experience

    • Proven recruitment experience within Front Office covering areas such as equity, debt, fx, institutional sales and investment banking.
    • Ability to proactively engage and attract top talent for specialist and niche roles, working across different sourcing channels and leveraging talent intelligence to inform market mapping and headhunting activity.  
    • Strong proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies (e.g., automated interview platforms, sourcing tools).
    • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior and diverse colleagues (both current and future) and a passion for delivering a seamless and best in class experience for our candidates and Hiring Managers. 
    • Skilled in using data to make informed decisions and influence decision making.

    The local hybrid working policy applies to this role, which requires three days on average per week in one of our main offices Birmingham, Leeds or London.
