This is a permanent opportunity to join our People function, providing high quality secretarial and administrative support to the People Leadership Team. You’ll play a key role in enabling effective decision making, managing competing priorities, and ensuring confidential matters are handled with care and professionalism.

Your new role
As Team Secretary, you’ll provide professional, efficient and trusted support to a Senior Leader within the People Leadership Team. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll help manage priorities, coordinate meetings, and ensure administrative processes run smoothly.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Managing complex diaries and schedules to ensure the People Leadership Team are well supported and organised
- Coordinating meetings, leadership sessions and team events, ensuring smooth logistics and positive experiences for attendees
- Supporting the rhythm of the People Leadership Team through effective planning, coordination and follow up
- Building strong working relationships across the business to support collaboration and communication
- Providing reliable administrative support that helps the team focus on delivering their priorities
- Contributing to continuous improvement of team processes and ways of working
About you
- You’ll be someone who takes pride in being dependable, detail focused and discreet, with the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders.
- We’re looking for:
- Relevant administrative or secretarial experience
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience supporting senior leaders and handling confidential information
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Confidence working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive, solution focused approach
- Experience in a Personal Assistant or Team Secretary role would be an advantage
