As a Telephone Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and developing customers over the phone to maintain and grow profitable revenue. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers, converting leads into loyal clients while achieving individual sales targets.
What you’ll do
Manage a portfolio of customers via regular call cycles.
Convert prospect leads into customers, focusing on those with maximum revenue potential.
Establish customer agreements and apply pricing guidelines.
Maintain accurate customer information in our systems.
Promote e-commerce tools and cost-effective sales channels.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, security, and customs regulations.
What you’ll bring
Proven track record in a sales environment.
Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
Strong achievement drive and ability to work as part of a team.
Confident telephone skills and computer literacy.
Experience in telephone sales, call centre, or face-to-face customer contact preferred.
GCSE standard in English and Maths (or equivalent).
