we’re looking for a Trainee Customer Service Administrator based at our Northampton Gateway to help us to develop our ambitious plans. This role with be based on a 4on / 4off shift pattern

Duties & Responsibilities:
An understanding of the transport industry would be preferred but not essential. Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers. A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is preferred but not essential for this role.
