Trainee Team Leader at Kier Group

What will you be responsible for?

As a Trainee Team Leader you'll be working within the IMT/Ericsson team, supporting them in ensuring the telecommunication infrastructure is well maintained and repaired as necessary.

Your day to day will include:

• Ensuring the detailed test, inspection and condition surveys of mobile phone mast installations.
• Carry out inspections of towers, poles and fall arrest systems as well as testing anchor points, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
• Producing reports and undertaking minor remedial tasks, along with ensuring that all work is undertaken in a safe and proper manner.
• Liaising with a number of stakeholders, including but not limited to site providers, client staff and helpdesk administration.
• Attending internal and external review meetings, ensure PUWER, vehicle, calibration and training records are maintained, and to assist in the mentoring and development of site operatives.
