Transformation Office Lead - Strategic Partnerships at Metrobank

What you will do:

• This role plays a central role in shaping and delivering Metro Bank’s next phase of digital, customer-led propositions by defining and unlocking strategic partnerships across a growing ecosystem, ensuring bold ideas translate into real, deliverable outcomes.
• Shape and support proposition design, scoping and phasing for beyond‑banking and other customer propositions
• requiring strategic partnerships 
•  Develop and present option analyses and business cases to support buy/build/partner decisions at senior governance forums
•  Screen, shortlist and assess potential partners using commercial, delivery and risk criteria
•  Structure and facilitate partner due diligence, including commercial modelling, delivery feasibility and operating model impacts
•  Lead RFIs and market scans across banking and beyond‑banking capabilities to identify strategic partnership opportunities
•  Drive commercial and operating model structuring with Procurement, Legal, Risk and other key teams
•  Own and maintain the partnership roadmap, dependencies and decision milestones to ensure timely, decision‑ready governance
•  Prepare high‑quality materials for programme governance and support wider transformation activity, including incubation of ad‑hoc initiatives

What you will need: 

• Demonstrable experience in either Management Consulting, Strategy or Transformation roles 
• Experience in delivery of large transformation or change programmes
• Knowledge of supporting senior governance forums and decision-making with contributing to presentations and other enabling material
• Strong technical understanding of Excel & PowerPoint at an advanced level 
• Excellent stakeholder management skills combined with managing multiple parallel workstreams 
• Financial services or regulated environment experience is desirable but not essential
