What you’ll do
Administer and support Vodafone’s Core Cloud critical applications, focusing on troubleshooting, fault handling, and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to resolve issues within expected timeframes. Perform daily monitoring and health checks, implement automated incident detection, and optimize system monitoring.
