About You  

• We are looking to employ someone who has the skills to provide 1:1 specialist support to survivors/ individuals who have experienced sexual assault and/ or domestic abuse.
• Our ideal candidate will be able to assess the needs of students seeking this specialist support, and have the skills to be able to meet their practical and emotional needs.
• The successful candidate will be required to maintain professional links with both local and national organisations who are involved in the provision of support in this specialist area, as well as take part in forums with colleagues from other Universities in the UK who are in similar roles/ posts.

About You  

• We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in managing a team and has knowledge of basic Health and Safety relevant to the role, ensuring that the needs of the business are kept as a priority.
• You should have good IT Skills and be confident with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• You should have a friendly and approachable manner and be confident when attending any meetings with other supervisors.
