    HR Partner - FTC, LCY3 HR Team

    Description

    As a Partner in our HR team, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive culture where all our people feel encouraged and supported. From collaborating with colleagues on new HR strategies to addressing complex queries, this is an exciting opportunity to help make Amazon a great place to work.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Support leaders at your site on HR matters
    • Support the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environment
    • Develop communication plans and initiatives to support manager with site briefs and any bulk or site-wide announcements
    • Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR projects
    • Collect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plans

    A day in the life

    • You’ll be based in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, Delivery Station or Sortation Centre, and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location. You’ll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth’s best employer, from carrying out new business-wide programmes to assisting with employee relations.
    • No two days are the same as an HR Partner. You’ll help create a positive atmosphere for your Associates and will assist in resolving complex Associate queries.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
    • Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree
    • Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
    • Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
    • Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree, or experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate
    • Knowledge of HRIS Systems
    • Experience working with basic employment law and HR or payroll practices
    • Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
    • Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment

    Capacity Planning Analyst, TAP

    Description

    • The Transportation Associate Program's Capacity Management team plays a crucial role in effective capacity planning and resource utilization optimization for the TAP program. We are seeking a highly talented and driven Analyst to lead data analysis, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage projects. In this role, you will act as the liaison between the Capacity Management team and Operations to produce accurate plan and monitor its execution.

    Key job responsibilities

    • You will be responsible for managing the 1 month to 3 year forward looking forecast for TAPs growth from a capacity and cost side, managing the budget of 500+ drivers, 200+ vehicles across 30+ sites, across EU.

    A day in the life
    You will:

    • Work with teams across Amazon to turn volume forecast inputs into an executable plan output;
    • Interact with stakeholders across the ATS team Operations, Finance, Data Analytics and Supply Mix to ensure long-term plan is optimal;
    • Support leadership with important data analytics to ensure prompt and precise decision-making.
    • Address daily capacity challenges and serve as the primary point of contact for planning with site and operations teams.
    • Take ownership of end-to-end long-term improvement initiatives, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as planned driver utilization% and LH loaded drive time.

    Basic qualifications

    • Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Speak, write, and read fluently in English

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
