    Warehouse First Line Manager (FLM)

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Lead and inspire a high‑performing warehouse team by overseeing daily work, building a culture of clear communication, strong ownership and teamwork, and motivating colleagues to deliver great results.
    • Drive strong operations by improving processes, using new and smart ways to boost output, and tracking key measures to push steady growth across the warehouse.
    • Champion a safe, fair and supportive workplace by keeping high safety standards and making sure every team member can work with confidence and security.

    Transport General Manager

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Take the Lead: You'll take ownership of the day‑to‑day transport operation, ensuring all deliveries are executed safely, on time and in full. This includes proactively managing schedules, resources, and workflows to keep everything running smoothly. You'll be the key decision‑maker on the ground, spotting potential issues before they arise and keeping both the team and customers informed and aligned.
    • Act as a trusted point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships, providing clear communication, and ensuring their needs are understood and delivered every day. You'll represent the operation with professionalism, confidence and a solution‑focused mindset.
    • You'll constantly look for smarter, quicker, more efficient ways of working. Whether it's streamlining processes, improving route planning, or helping introduce new technology, your ideas and forward‑thinking approach will shape how the operation evolves. You'll play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring we remain industry‑leading in what we do.
    • You will champion a culture where safety is the number one priority. This means ensuring compliance with transport legislation, maintaining audit‑ready standards, and making sure your team understands and follows best practices at all times. Through leadership by example, you will help create a workplace where colleagues feel confident, supported, and safe.
    • Your people will look to you for guidance, motivation and support. You'll develop and inspire a high‑performing team through regular coaching, clear communication, and a commitment to their growth. By creating a positive environment built on trust and accountability, you'll empower colleagues to deliver their very best every day.
    • Using data and performance metrics, you'll identify trends, spot opportunities, and implement improvements that drive operational excellence. You'll be confident using KPIs to guide decisions and will regularly review performance to ensure service levels are being met—and exceeded.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING

    • You'll have the confidence and capability to lead from the front—winning hearts and minds, gaining buy‑in, and building strong relationships. Your leadership style will be hands‑on, supportive, and focused on getting the best out of people through coaching and mentoring.
    • Holding an International CPC would be a real advantage and demonstrate your strong understanding of transport compliance and best practice. If you don't have it but are working towards it, we'd still love to hear from you.
    • You'll be highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities, and confident making decisions in a fast‑paced environment. When challenges arise and they will—you'll stay calm, think clearly, and find effective solutions quickly.
    • Aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed. You're someone who leads by example. You won't hesitate to roll your sleeves up and support the team when needed, showing that you're as committed to the operation as they are.
